MTL steak spices
2 teaspoons pesto with roasted red peppers from Marcello Farms
1 oz of vodka
1 oz of rye
Fresh horseradish (to taste)
1 slice of bacon
Dip the glass into the red pepper pesto and rotate (rim).
Rotate the glass in the steak spices.
Add ice, the horseradish, and a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the vodka and rye.
Add a splash of pickle juice.
Add a teaspoon of pesto to the roasted red peppers of Marcello Farms.
Add the Clamato.
Put the lemon wedge on the edge of the glass.
Take the bamboo spade and put a slice of bacon, a pickle and other toppings as desired. Place in glass.
Replace the Clamato with tomato juice.
Replace grilled red pepper pesto with vegetable (vegan).
Replace bacon with marinated tofu and grilled.
