2 Kg of mussels
1 cup of dry white wine
1/2 cup of Pesto
Clean the mussels
Heat the wine at low heat and add the pesto.
Add the mussels, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes, mixing it 2-3 times.
Reserve the mussels and keep it warm.
Reduce the sauce by half and use it when serving the mussels.
Try with the Lovage Pesto. Simply delicious!
